Once again, we are indebted to the Brackenbury family fro allowing us the use of The Hall for our Coffee Morning. It is to be held on 10 March, from 1000 am – 1230 pm. The entrance fee – £2.50 for adult  and children free, (despite what you might read elsewhere!). Your entrance fee entitles you to a cup of coffee or tea, served in the magnificent Long Gallery, a walk in the beautiful Spring gardens, and of course,a browse around our stalls selling country produce, cakes, plants, bri-a-brac, and not forgetting the raffle! We hope to see you there!

The bench to commemorate our late friends Irene and George Watts, both hard workers for and benefactors of St Edmund’s, will be dedicated during morning service on26 February.

Why not come and join us to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee on Sunday, 3 June? There will be a buffet  picnic in the gardens at The Hall, at about 1215 pm, following the morning service. Tickets cost £7.00, and include a glass of wine (or a soft drink).

The Summer Fair will be held on Saturday 23 June at All Hallows.

The All Hallows’ morning service will be held on Ten Acre Field in Lady Bay on 24 June.

A Farewell Barbecue has been arranged for 30 June, just as Robert concludes his ministry here. It is scheduled to start at 5.30 pm for 6.00 pm. The cost will be £7.00. The Churchwardens will be collecting donations to go towards a suitable gift to Robert  - and Kate, to commemorate six happy years (for us, anyway), at St Edmund’s. The gift will be presented at the barbecue.
