‘SANCTUARY’
Our quiet Sanctuary service ‘Contemporary Compline’ every second Sunday of the month, led by Lauren Simpson.
Upcoming dates for the SANCTUARY Service is 14 September, 12 October, 9 November. Refreshments are served from 6 pm.
All are welcome – especially those new to exploring faith. Whether you are a young professional, are getting married in the church or are simply seeking God, this is for you. It will be a space for those looking for spiritual anchoring in a busy world.
The service will be quiet and contemplative in form.
Creativity and Prayer: Sanctuary Retreat
Saturday 6th September, 9.30 – 1pm
You are invited to our next Sanctuary Retreat, led by artist and former Creative Intern Lianna Basdeo. Through the beauty of creativity and prayer, explore how to engage with scripture using creativity. Discover ancient practices combined with visual media such as journaling and painting, and experience stepping into a Gospel story in a new and immersive way. Open to everyone.
£15 cost. Includes all materials and the necessary equipment will be provided. Coffee, tea and cakes will be available throughout the morning.
